Jk Logistics is a giant supply chain company and is a vendor to Coca-Cola. It has 160 Trucks of few which few are old and few are new  These vehicles are with different tonnages,  different bed sizes, and different supporting structures. I Have done planning on vehicle loading with optimized space utilization to run on rated tonnages of new vehicles and run under tonnage for old vehicles by writing the rules of the loading of beverage bottles on certain vehicles based on the tonnage and sizes.   Every set of bottles (palleted set-constant volume) have a different weight based on the specific volume. Also proposed retrofit of plug and play structures depending on Loading.
Also proposed the changes in cargo bed sizes using maxima-minima for maximum space. Also designed the bed sizes for Pulp Transport.
