My Association with Kannan Enterprises and Lansea(Dubai).
Internal Recruiter- Quid Pro Cue.
After quitting WIPRO, I need a place and machinery to work on my Inventions, so on a quid pro cue, I associated with Kannan Enterprises managing Partner who is my classmate and a supporter of my works. I used their Infrastructure and machines for my Inventions and in return, I work for them part-time as an internal recruiter and examiner for selecting skilled workers like welders, fabricators, storekeepers, riggers, etc. These workers were later selected by Oil & Gas Sectors of Middle East. Most of my works and Inventions showed in this portfolio were done at this place. This place is situated in Autonagar and by which I happen to get more exposure to mechanical engineering works. Autonagar is a place in Vizag where a lot of fabrication and production works are done.
Acting Project Engineer for LANSEA
LANSEA is a Middle East based ship repair company which is a sister concern to Kannan Enterprises. Been as an acting Project Engineer of LANSEA) at Kakinada Seaport to commission the work from SEMBMARINE(contractor). Worked 25 days and completed 20 tons of work till a project manager and project Engineer joined from Dubai. Since It took time for the project manager to shift from Dubai, I worked as a project manager as well in the same said tenure. The work included plate welding, piping repair, and machinery replacements. LANSEA is a subcontractor in this project.

Infrastructure Modification of Kannan Enterprises
On my design, KE also underwent for optimization of its recruitment facility which disciplined the huge crowd of aspirants to undergo step by step test process and to place of test. which otherwise led to unnecessary overlaps and fake attendees attending the test.
